Scope of Application:
This accessibility statement applies to the website wolfgang-pfeifhofer.at.

Our Goal:
We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG), based on EU Directive 2019/882. In doing so, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Conformance Level AA) as well as the European Standard EN 301 549.

Status of Accessibility:
Our website is currently partially accessible. We continuously implement measures to further improve accessibility. Among other things, we use the tool UserWay to facilitate usability.

The following points are still being worked on or present a challenge:

Certain images or video content do not yet have complete alternative texts or captions.
PDF documents on the website are not yet fully accessible.
Contrast ratios and keyboard operability are regularly reviewed but are still in the process of improvement.

Disproportionate Burden:
In individual cases (e.g., older videos without audio description or externally embedded content), full accessibility currently represents a disproportionate burden. However, we strive to provide accessible alternatives wherever possible.
