Ski touring for beginners

Structured basic training – proper method has to be learnt! Mediaton for the right skiing technique in deep powder.

Requirements: Stable stem turning on red slopes and a general basic fitness to climb the slopes for 1 to 2 hours will make this day an unforgettable experience.

Advanced ski touring

Pleasurable tours around the Grossarl valley and its neighboring valleys. A refreshment course in snow and avalanche knowledge. Perfecting ski and terrain technique. Customized ski touring level.

Requirements: previous knowledge of ski touring as well as experience in skiing in terrain and general basic fitness to do a 2 to 3 hour climb and a 1 hour descent

Equipment

Emergency equipment backpack(LVS device, shovel, sensor) will be provided free of charge if required.

Snacks, drinking bottle, sunscreen lotion, sunglasses, goggles and a dry change of clothes, helmet. Touring skis with binding and skins, ski touring boots, poles.

Freeride Feel free

With your private Freeride coach you will experience our mountains from a new fascinating side and improve your skiing abilities with every training session. Alone, with two people or in a handpicked group.

For rookies

You have mastered parallel skiing on the red slopes – we will take you off¬piste with us. Equipment check (LVS device, shovel, sensor) and ntroduction into the science of snow and avalanches included.

For advanced skiers

For everyone with off-piste experience. Includes equipment check (LVS device, shovel, sensor), knowledge of snow and avalanches and tips / tricks to improve your skiing technique. The best tracks in the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé.
